Over the past several years, I have helped to manage social media across multiple channels. I’ve worked with two national brands and four local brands.  I am capable of managing all social media accounts including coming up with creative, planning promotions, writing posts, scheduling and monitoring interactions. I have designed artwork to be used on profile pages and helped to find content to share across social media networks. I am very passionate about social media and the power it can bring to any brand who is dedicated to keeping up with it.

Project: Growing brand visibility on social media outlets and maintaining a consistent brand image and tone of voice.

Timeline: 2016-present

Results: Between January 2016 and October 2016,  the total number of social media followers has more than doubled on Facebook. This was accomplished by posting all original content, much of it thought up and created about a month prior to being posted. We engaged with customers on different levels and consistently ran contests. We started a new video series with overhead shots and produced all of the videos in our own culinary kitchen. Through strategic paid campaigns, we were able to gain over 1,000 new followers per month at a cost of less than 1 cent per follow.
