Gift Card Flyer
Project: The sales team needed a flyer that could be mailed and emailed to prospective clients who needed information about the gift cards included in their program. The flyer needed to contain a lot of information including what brands are available and what the cost and details would be.
Timeline: I worked on this flyer one afternoon in September.
Results: This flyer has been widely used for all prospective clients and we have gotten positive feedback so far.
Instant Point Flyer
Project: The sales team requested I design a flyer to help prospects understand how easy a program would be for them to add and how it would take the administrative burden off of managers.
Timeline: I worked on this flyer one afternoon in September.
Results: This flyer has been used for prospects who were looking for a specific way to recognize employees. It has helped clients to understand the program and has lead to an increase in the number of clients using this feature. The result is a savings in time for the client and more budget being spent right away by clients.
Pricing Flyer
Project: The sales team was in need of a new flyer that could be printed and shipped with an information package or emailed to prospective clients who would be unfamiliar with our company and pricing strategy.
Timeline: I created this flyer over the course of a couple of days.
Results: The flyer was used for potential clients and as an easy reference for team mates who were getting familiar with the new pricing structure.
Project Outline
Project: While working on an updated service agreement, the president of the company wanted a different document that would not need to be reviewed by a legal department but still provide information on exactly what services would be included in the project.
Timeline: I worked with a team of people to develop this over the course of one month.
Results: The project outline has helped account managers and clients know exactly how the program will work and what services will be provided. It assisted clients in creating realistic expectations and was a great tool in improving customer service.
Service Agreement
Project: The service agreement we had been using needed to be updated, more concise and clear to clients.
Timeline: I worked with a team to create this piece over two months.
Results: The new service agreement included information about the new pricing strategy and was easier to understand. It has passed several legal departments inspection and become the new document signed by each new client.
